Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order anytime, up to one day before your Spirit Pack closes. The number of days left before your Spirit Pack closes is located in red, below your team name at the top of your Spirit Pack page. Once the message reads, Last Day to Order Items, you may no longer cancel your order.
Returns / Exchanges
Up to 15 days after delivery of your order, you may return any or all items in their original condition with tags attached for a full refund, less shipping. All sales are final on custom items, so please make sure you've selected the correct color, size and design for each item. If the return is a result of our error (including custom items), we will happily refund you for the full amount plus the cost for shipping.
Exchanges require a $5.99 handling & re-stocking fee billed directly to the credit card on file, unless other arrangements have been made. Once we have received your original item(s) we will ship your replacement item(s). If replacement items are required immediately, we will ship the item(s) and bill the credit card on file. When original items are returned, we will issue credit back to the credit card on file.
All returns must be approved prior to sending the product back to us. Any product shipped back to us without prior authorization may not receive a refund. You will be sent a refund authorization form that you must sign and send back with the item(s) you are returning. We will refund you in the same form of payment received within 10 to 14 business days of receiving your return. An e-mail confirmation will be sent upon completion of the refund.
