What is a Spirit Pack?
A Spirit Pack is a customized web store designed specifically for a team or organization. This custom web catalog features apparel and equipment that your school or organization has selected to be available for purchase.

How do I set up a Spirit Pack?
Go to Gear Athletics's home page, www.gearathletics.com for a link to contacts or email your question to spiritpacks@gearathletics.com. You will be assigned a Gear Athletics sales representative who will contact you and take care of all your apparel and equipment needs.

How do I access my Spirit Pack and order items?
Your Gear Athletics sales representative will give your coach or organizer a password that you can use to logon to your Spirit Pack catalog. You can access your catalog by going to the Gear Athletics website, www.gearathletics.com , and clicking on the Spirit Pack link. This will take you to our Spirit Pack homepage. Select your school or organization from the drop down box on the homepage. This will take you to the web catalog for your school or organization. Once you enter your username and password, you will have full access to order items from your web catalog.

How customizable is my Spirit Pack catalog?
You will work with a Gear Athletics sales representative who will assist you in picking out the right apparel and/or equipment for your team or organization. With our expert assistance you will choose the items, the sizes, and the colors you would like to offer your team or organization for purchase.

How long can a Spirit Pack catalog be posted?
You will work with the Gear Athletics sales representative assigned to your account to determine how long your Spirit Pack will be available. You will want to give your team or organization enough time to place their orders. Some Spirit Packs are only posted for a few days while others are posted for many months.

Can I make changes to my Spirit Pack catalog?
Yes, the Spirit Packs can be altered at any time. Contact your Gear Athletics sales representative to discuss any changes. Changes can be made and posted online the same day.

Can I track orders that have been placed from my Spirit Pack catalog?
Your Gear Athletics sales representative can print out reports that will give you information on the items ordered by each player, including quantity, size, and color.

Can I add a logo to an item in my Spirit Pack?
Yes, since we specialize in customized apparel and equipment, you can have a logo, team name, and/or the player's name or number added to any location you choose.

What if my school or organization doesn’t have a logo to put on my Spirit Pack apparel or equipment?
